A whole house inspection is an objective visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a house, from the roof to the foundation.  Comes with a Free Infared Thermal Scan.

Visual only, walk-thru inspection, checking the 5 major components: roof, foundation, HVAC, water heater & electrical panel.  No report.

For Home Sellers; to know the condition of home before putting on the market .

Inspection with report, performed in the 11 month of your 1st yr. Builder's warranty.

 Duplexes and up. 

Utilities off, Inaccessible area or a single repaired item.

Resolution of Unacceptable Conditions

1 hour minimum applies.  No report received. 

There will be a $100 charge for homes between 3000 - 4500 sq. ft.

Homes that are under the 3000 sq. footage, but have 4 FULL Baths and over.

This includes detached garages if the home also has an attached garage. 

If there is more than 1 HVAC system, there is a charge per each additional unit.
